Mediterranean countries include Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Syria, Israel, Egypt, Algeria, Libya, Tunisia, and Morocco, providing you with a wide variety of foods from several different origins to enjoy.  

We are spicing things up and bringing amazing flavors to Carrollton.  We offer many traditional foods, such as koshari – Egyptian Rice, Lentils and Macaroni with Spicy Tomato Chile Sauce; falafel – a deep-fried ball, or a flat or doughnut-shaped patty made from ground chickpeas, fava beans, or both; and baklava – sweet dessert pastry made of layers of filo filled with chopped nuts and sweetened and held together with syrup or honey.  We also have our original Zodiac Burger and fries and hot wings available as well. Additionally, you can prime your mealtime experience with a starting appetizer, such as hummus or loaded fries. Lastly, delve into our freshly prepared sandwiches; for instance: our delicious beef shawarma sandwich, chicken zinger, or the classic cheese-steak.
